From NPR News: Judge Gorsuch’s Originalism Contrasts With Mentor’s Pragmatism http://n.pr/2kaYZqi

My lowly, non-lawyer’s opinion: this citizen/voter/taxpayer has always felt/thought that “Originalism” and “Textualism” were used by Scalia to craft legal justifications based more on his own ideology and morality, less about strict legal interpretation.

Gorsuch? Not a bad choice.

Preferred Merrick Garland. Details oriented, wise, pragmatic, fair and just.
